Amisa Buckwheat Crispbreads – Made almost entirely from organic buckwheat flour (99%) and seasoned with sea salt, these crispbreads are naturally gluten‑free, vegan, yeast‑free and lightly roasted for a distinct nutty flavour. With per‑100 g nutrition of about 340 kcal, 2.7 g fat, 68.2 g carbs (of which sugars ~1.3 g), 10.8 g protein and 8.4 g fibre, they’re an excellent base for savoury or sweet toppings and ideal as a wholesome snack or light meal.
