The whole, hulled grain of organic rye, providing a dense, hearty texture and a characteristic earthy, slightly sour flavour. This grain is excellent for baking rustic, traditional rye breads (often ground) or used whole in grain salads and robust, slow-cooked stews.

Barley kernels that have had the outer husk removed but retain the bran layer, offering a balance between cooking time and nutritional value. Pot barley is hearty and chewy, perfect for thickening broths, stews, and adding a dense, satisfying texture to casseroles.
